These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of websites, apps, and services published by The Pi Apps ("we," "us," "our") as a developer. This page applies at the developer-account level; an individual app we publish may also have its own terms covering details specific to that app, which work alongside this page rather than replacing it. By using any app or site we publish, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or at least 16 if you reside in the European Union or United Kingdom) to use our apps. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use our apps with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Use of our apps

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download and use our apps for personal, non-commercial purposes on your own device, subject to these Terms and to Google Play's own terms of service. You agree not to:

• Use any of our apps for unlawful purposes, or to harass, threaten, or violate the rights of others
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code through or against our apps
• Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of our apps
• Bypass, disable, or tamper with any security, licensing, or advertising mechanism within our apps

Intellectual property

Our apps, including their design, interface, graphics, code, icons, and branding, are the property of The Pi Apps and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create or provide through an app (such as messages or files you compose), subject to that app's own terms.

Purchases and subscriptions

Where an app offers in-app purchases or subscriptions, these are processed through Google Play In-App Billing under Google's own payment terms. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Subscription cancellation and refund requests are handled through your Google Play account settings, subject to Google Play's policies.

Third-party services

Our apps may rely on third-party services — such as Google Play services, advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting tools — to function. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

Disclaimer of warranties

Our apps are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that any app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Pi Apps and its developers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our apps. Our total aggregate liability relating to any app will be limited to the amount, if any, you paid to access or use that app in the preceding six months.

Termination

You may stop using our apps at any time by uninstalling them. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any app or service at our discretion if you breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as our apps and services evolve or as required by law. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our apps after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
